So, whether you are buying or renting property, we at Relevant Spaces source and provide accessible accommodation. Properties are newly developed to include additional features or may already be part of existing spaces- suitably adapted for everyday activities and living.
Because when managing some physical challenge and striving to enhance independence at the same time, it becomes all- important to live and work in the right spaces or find better suited short stay places.
Our live work homes, apartments and 1- 4 bedroom houses incorporate helpful features such as: ramps, a lift or wide width doors where needed and grab rails fitted in places where they can provide more secure assistance.
For some of our more adapted accommodations, blinds or curtains have the option of being operated remotely, pull- down hanging rails, storage units and simple stylish furniture are selected for the useful qualities they individually bring to each space.

We are a London based business and most of the properties we work with are located here, South of the River Thames.
With our client group in mind, properties are close to vibrant accessible spaces, close to transport links and may also have allocated or private parking.
We recognize that in London and other major cities, there is a great lack of suitable accommodation for individuals with moderate physical impairment to live in or short let, so locating, acquiring and developing spaces for this group is what Relevant Spaces is all about.
